Over the last month, I spent several hours with an online course presented by Google Analytics. Though I’ve been using Google Analytics in a minimal fashion for some time now, the course provided a more secure understanding of the web app and analytics in general.
The knowledge was, of course, the purpose for spending the time on this, but I must say I was a bit stupefied when, at the end of the several hour course and final exam, I was presented with a white screen with nothing but the below certificate. No “congratulations” text. Nothing about directions to take from here.
